Now that I bricked my phone and have to either try to exchange it under warranty (playing dumb), or get it fixed via the JTAG(?) guy, I am wondering if there is even any ROMs for our phone?
I wanted JellyBAM because it included the Sony Walkman music interface and "beats by Dre" which I think really just acts as a built in auto EQ for higher volume, and a few other little bells and whistles, but I didn't read well enough and broke my phone.
If I just get Jelly Bean onto the 535, is there a way to get just pieces of other ROMS, like specific apps etc? Or do I need to find entire ROMs that have all the features I want?
I did find the "downloads" thread but every JB ROM seems to be VERY Beta, with long lists of things that don't work yet. What would be the most stable JB based ROM? Or if actual functionality and stability is important am I just better off sticking to the stock JB image?
FWIW I do have heavy experience with ROMS and such with the Motorola Droids, just new to Samsung.
